		plague of goodness is sweeping the land.

Special Win:	You and your ally RED wipe out the 
		holy brigades of Yellow, Orange, and
		Purple.

Special Loss:	Lose the hero Aj.

Narrative:	See JINTRO.TXT for background history
		of the land as well as the conclusion
		and special midsection to the story.
		Open JINTRO.TXT first and read the 
		intro.  At the appropriate times in the
		level, read the correct passages, 
		JOURNAL1.txt, etc., and then the conclusions
		when the map has been finished.  PLAYER 
		NOTE: the midsection journal entries are 
		important, so make sure to read them...

Here's some tips and 'cheats' if you are stumped.

1. First off, you should acquire the following artifacts.
	a. BLIND SPELL SCROLL, directly east of first 
	   town.  VERY important when dealing with lots
	   of crusaders.  Of course, some of the heroes
	   have antimagic and antiblind artifacts, so
	   you may have to find other ways of dealing 
	   with them.  Remember, running and letting the
	   foolish computer split his army may be 
	   necessary!
	b. ANIMATE UNDEAD spell.  A MUST.
	c. ULTIMATE ARTIFACT -- Visit the elemental prisons
	   for clues.
	d. SPHINX.. want the codeword?  Search the signs
	   on the map.  You'll find the answer.
	e. You may want to avoid constructing 5th level 
	   guilds. The map is designed so that they 
	   cannot build them because I don't want them
	   to have dimension door.  If you build a 5th
	   level guild and the computer gains access to
	   DD spell, you may regret it.
	f. Three spells on Wizard Isle.


2. NEED MORE HELP?  SPECIFIC CHEATS BELOW..





	a. SPHINX riddle answer is TIME.
	b. TWO ultimate artifacts are available (though
	   if you are honest and follow the story line
	   you should only get one of them).  By looking
	   at the events in the elemental prisons, you 
	   will find the instructions (piecing them 
	   together): 9 Paces East, 15 North, 2 West, 
	   2 South, starting from a specific origin. 
	   Depending on which branch of the story you 
	   elect to follow, the ORIGIN is either 
	   Demon's Tooth or Lookout Point.  By following
	   these directions, you will find the two 
	   UA on the level.  

BIG END BATTLE.

	You may have trouble with the end battle, and
	if you do, here are some pointers.
	1. You will probably need the Mirror Image spell.
	2. You will probably need the UA,Legendary Scepter, etc. 
	3. You will need to be about 32+ Level.
	4. You will need the Vampire Garrison.
	5. When I beat it, my stats were 34, 22, 42, 27,
	   and my army consisted of about 6500 vampires,
	   5K skeletons, 320 vampire lords, 40 champions,
	   and 9 Titans (important).  This was against
   	   her stats of 14, 15, 35, 17 and army of 950
	   Titans, 1500 giants, 1200 mages, 9000 Halflings
	   and 5000 rocs.  I barely won (after about 6 
	   different tries) so I made it a bit easier 
	   for you.  She did have Antimagic so it was a 
	   bit tricky...
	6. One last thing: before you actually get to 
	   Sanctus, you will have to fight a legion of
	   Titans.  It shouldn't be that hard with your
	   army, but you will have to make sure that
	   you emerge with most of your troops intact.
	   Bring along the animate dead spell -- it 
	   could save your life!
	**7. This is an alternate strategy emailed to me
	   from a player.  I overlooked this, but I 
	   figured if you were resourceful enough to 
	   figure this out, then you deserve the easier
	   victory :)  Apparently, after you free the 
	   vampire garrison, you can defeat the crusaders
	   guarding the ghost barrows (which I kind of
	   put in as a joke).  If you use the ghosts 
	   against Sanctus's 9000 halflings, things 
	   might go a little easier for you!
